Will God give us something if we really want?

Waheguru does fulfil our wishes but he is obviously much wiser than us. Sometimes, like children, we want things that we think will be good for us, but really aren’t. When we don’t get them, we are disappointed. But the truth is that Waheguru is our parent and he wants nothing but the best for us. If our intentions are pure then we should be confident that Waheguru will give us what our heart desires. Even if it seems like things aren’t going our way, we need to have faith that everything is happening in Waheguru’s Hukam (Will) and it is all for the best.
